Parish Leadership Teams

At Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, leadership is a shared responsibility rooted in our baptismal call to serve and to build up the Body of Christ.

Every member of the faithful is invited to participate in the life and mission of the Church, and our leadership structures provide a meaningful way to live out that calling in service to the parish community. Guided by the Holy Spirit and in communion with the universal Church, our leadership teams collaborate closely with the pastor to discern God’s will for our parish.

Through prayer, reflection, and attentive listening—to one another and to the voices of our parishioners—they seek to respond faithfully to the spiritual and pastoral needs of our diverse and growing community in Fremont. Together, the Parish Pastoral Council, Parish Finance Council, and Parish Staff & Leadership Team form a unified and complementary structure of leadership.

Each brings its own unique perspective and responsibility: pastoral vision and discernment, responsible stewardship of resources, and the daily implementation of ministry and parish life. While each group has a distinct role, all are united in a common purpose—to support the mission of Jesus Christ and to foster a parish that is welcoming, faith-filled, and mission-driven.

Through collaboration, transparency, and a spirit of service, these leadership teams help ensure that Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish remains vibrant and responsive. They work to strengthen our worship, deepen our faith formation, expand our outreach to those in need, and encourage greater participation among all parishioners.

In this shared mission, we are reminded that leadership in the Church is not about authority alone, but about service—modeled after Christ Himself. By working together in faith, hope, and love, our leadership teams help guide our parish forward as a living witness to the Gospel in the heart of Fremont.

Working Together in Mission

Each leadership body plays a distinct and complementary role:

Pastoral Council – Discerns vision and direction
Finance Council – Ensures responsible stewardship
Staff - The staff ensures that all administrative and formation works are properly handled.
Leadership Team
 – Executes the parish mission, guided by contributions from other leadership groups.

Together they form a A Parish Rooted in Service and Stewardship, grounded in prayer, collaboration, and a shared commitment to the Gospel. Through collaboration and faithful stewardship, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish continues to grow as a community of faith, hope, and love.
