Parish Pastoral Council
The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish is a leadership body that serves the pastor and the parish community in carrying out the mission of the Church. Rooted in prayer and guided by the Holy Spirit, the Council collaborates with the pastor to discern the needs of our parish and to help shape a vibrant, faith-filled community.
The Council works to establish pastoral priorities, set goals, and recommend action plans that support the life and mission of our parish. In doing so, it seeks to recognize and encourage the gifts and talents of all parishioners for the good of the entire community.

- Discernment: Engaging in prayerful listening to the Holy Spirit and to the voices of parishioners
- Vision and Direction: Helping guide the parish in both short-term initiatives and long-term growth
- Collaboration: Supporting and affirming the work of parish ministries while fostering unity
- Communication: Acting as a link between parishioners, ministries, and the wider Church, including the Diocese of Oakland
- Deanery Engagement: Appointing a representative to serve as liaison with the deanery
